Went in and got a new trimmer. Picked a few extra things up on my way out, and was out in no time. Didn't even get stopped for a receipt, or have my items searched. Stay you Target.
I LOVE Target!! They have a huge variety of items with the most up to date styles and colors!! Their prices are great and their sales are AMAZING!! Employees are always friendly and helpful. The store is well organized and in the event you have a return, that is as easy as it was when you purchased it…Completely hassle free!!
I called to see if they had what I wanted. They said yes when I got there. They didn't have it and I couldn't get any help from employees.
Sold my pickup order out from under me when I placed the order last night and was there to pick it up today. Never emailed me that it was canceled so I drove an hour for an item that wasn't there. Maybe let people know that you dgaf about their pickup orders and will sell it anyway before they drive an hour and are out the money anyway.
I was trying to return some items for my baby that I didn’t need/use. This year I apparently met my limit of what I can return without a receipt, which is understandable. The original cashier/customer service person I was speaking with was unkind and short in her responses. When I asked if I could talk to manager to find out when the return period would reset so I could bring back some of these items or know if I needed to donate them (one was unopened formula), she off-handedly passed me onto Deb.
I approached Deb with my same question and she was able to tell me it would reset on 1/1/24. She was also very very sweet about everything. I walked away to pick up some additional purchases and remembered I had purchased two of the items on my target app. I went back to the checkout area and asked Deb if she would please help me and check again because of the all acting as a receipt because I didn’t want to approach the other employee who was not nice. She more than happily tried and had a team lead take a look when it still wouldn’t go through.
I still couldn’t return the items and that’s ok. Deb, idk if you can get a customer service award or something but I am so thankful for you! And the team lead was also very nice, but my eyes were watering and I couldn’t read her name tag!
They were very busy and had a great sale going. Everything was still clean and everyone was friendly.
Made online order, nothing was in stock, Michelle told me I already picked it up and would have to get a “lead” person to figure it out. Michelle was not very polite to me.
Then after treating me like I was lying to her (made me feel like I was lying and or trying to steal or pull a fast one) she turned around and eventually found my bag (that she said I picked up already, but didn’t)
Not my problem that the worker hit the PICK UP BUTTON! TREAT people with respect Michelle. DONT treat people like garbage when you don’t know facts.
Nice store, clean, well stocked and great customer service.
